FRAME
To be constructed from reinforced concrete. The entire construction will be based on anti-earthquake regulations. (Changes are not accepted except from the Civil Engineer of the Project).
MASONRY
The external walls shall be insulated bricks with 25 cm and the internal ones with 10 cm perforated bricks
PLASTERING
Three coats internally. Externally will be placed thermal façade with polystyrene.
PAINTWORK
Indoor emulsion paint white colour and external Sandtex with a brush for external use (choice of the architect).
FLOORS
- Sitting room-living room-kitchen: Laminate, purchase and placement value € 50/m2.
- Bedrooms: Laminate, purchase and placement value € 50/sq.m
- Verandas: Ceramic value € 17/sq.m
- Bathrooms-WC: ceramic value € 20/sq.m up to the lintel.
- Kitchen wall granite: In between counters. Height of ceramics will be 0.60 cm purchase value of €150/sq.m.
SANITARY WARE
The sanitary welfare amount will be 5,000€ for the entire flat. (Includes WC, WB, Bathroom Mixers, Shower Mixers, Mixer Sink, Trough, Trough Mixer, Bathroom Accessories)
CARPENTRY WORK:(WOOD)
- The entrance door of the flats will be of a white colour, filled with the approval of the Fire Service.
- Thickness meshes panels of Italian origin. Market value €300/each.
- The kitchen (Italian origin) will be a selection purchase and installation value of €10,000
- The table board for kitchen will be a granite purchase and installation price of €200/cm
- Cupboards: According to plans. The framework will be made of white melamine and the doors will be opened by a plated board with a purchase and installation value of €220/sq.m. (Italian origin)
ALUMINUM
The aluminium will be silver or black with glass of MU3000 THERMA series. (Changes are not accepted).
CENTRAL HEATING
Will be placed up to operation under floor with head pump of HAIER brand.
HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
The pipework in pipes for hot and cold water will be used in the hydraulic installation.
SOLAR WATER HEATER
For each flat, with a capacity of 200 litres.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Provision for A/C intubation only. Four wall units for 3 room apartments and three wall units for two room apartments.
- Color video door entry system for all flats.
- An independent pressure system will be installed for all flats. Purchase and placement value of €400.
- Glass railings will be installed on all the balconies.
- Electric shutters will be installed in all bedroom windows. The choice will be from the architect and changes are not accepted.
ELECTRICALLY
- Lounge: six plugs, one TV spot, one telephone point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: four plugs and six heaters for appliances, two lighting points.
