Technical Specifications
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- FRAME: To be constructed of reinforced concrete. The entire construction will be based on anti-earthquake regulations. (Changes are not acceptable except by the civil engineer of the project).
- MASONRY: The external walls will be of thermal insulated bricks 25 cm and internal walls will be perforated brick 10 cm.
- PLASTERING: There will be three coats of plaster both inside and outside. (Thermal facade will be made of 8 cm thick polystyrene).
- PAINTWORK: Interior emulsion paint color white and exterior paint santex for external use (Choice of the architect).
- FLOORS:
- Living room – Dining room – Kitchen: Ceramic, purchase value €30/sq.m.
- Bedrooms: Parquet purchase and installation value €30/sq.m.
- Verandas: Ceramic, purchase value €30/sq.m.
- Bathrooms – W.C.: Ceramic purchase value €30/sq.m. up to the roof.
- Kitchen wall: Granite will be placed in between where there are counters.
- SANITARY WARE: The provision amount for sanitary ware will be €1,200 for a 1 bedroom apartment, €3,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment and €5,000 for a 4 bedroom apartment. (Includes WC, WB, bath mixer, shower mixer, basin mixer, trough, trough mixer, bathroom accessories). All WCs will be wall mounted.
- CARPENTRY WORK (WOOD):
- The entrance door of the apartments will be secured by a Gabstore Company approved by the Fire Service. Provision amount €1,300.
- Interior doors purchase and installation value €380 each.
- The kitchen will be optional, purchase and installation value €2,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment, €5,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment and €10,000 for a 4 bedroom apartment.
- The countertops will be granite purchase value €700 for 1 bedroom apartment, €1,500 for 2 bedroom apartment and €2,500 for 4 bedroom apartment with installation.
- Cupboards: According to the plans. Purchase and installation value €230/sq.m.
- ALUMINUM: The aluminum will be anthracite color with double thermal insulating glass and MU3000 series. (Changes are not acceptable).
- CENTRAL HEATING: Underfloor heating with heat pump will be installed, type ARISTON.
- HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION: In the plumbing installation will be used pipe in pipe for hot and cold water.
- SOLAR WATER HEATER: For each apartment, with a capacity of 180 liters, brand VALENTINES.
- Provision for A/C intubation only.
- Video entry color system for all apartments.
- An independent pressure system will be installed for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
- Glass railings will be installed on all balconies.
- Electric shutters will be installed on all bedroom windows. (The choice will be made by the architect and changes are not acceptable).
- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
- Living room: Six sockets, one TV point, one telephone point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: Four sockets and six heaters for appliances, two lighting points.
- Bedrooms: Four sockets, one TV point, one lighting point, one telephone point.
- Corridor: One socket, one lighting point.
- On the roof will be placed 8 cm polystyrene for thermal insulation and 4 mm corrugated paper for waterproofing.
- A central antenna system will be installed.
- In the apartment on the 4th floor, a fireplace will be installed with a purchase and installation value of €3,000.
- In the apartment on the 4th floor, a wireless alarm system will be installed.
- 2KVA photovoltaics will be installed in the 2 bedroom apartments and in the 4 bedroom apartments.
- Handles for cabinets, kitchen and doors will be value €250 for a 1 bedroom apartment, €350 for a 2 bedroom apartment and €500 for a 4 bedroom apartment.
NOTES:
- The above prices of the technical terms include the VAT of the approval.
- VAT will be charged on the additional works.
- All materials will be supplied by company partners.
- Changes are not acceptable for the whole external appearance.
- In case the buyers wish to choose products from their own partners, the provision amount will be deducted by 20%.
