GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF APARTMENTS
FRAME: To be constructed of reinforced concrete. The entire construction will be based on anti-earthquake regulations. (Changes are not acceptable except with the approval of the Civil Engineer of the project).
MASONRY: The external walls will be of 25 cm thermally insulating bricks and the internal walls will be of 10 cm perforated bricks.
PLASTERING: There will be three coats of plaster inside and outside. (Thermofaçade will be made of 8 cm thick polystyrene).
PAINTS: Interior white emulsion paint. Exterior Santex paint for exterior use (architect’s choice).
FLOORS
- Living Room / Dining Room / Kitchen: Ceramic (€40/sq.m.)
- Bedrooms: Laminate (€40/sq.m. purchase and installation)
- Verandas: Ceramic (€30/sq.m.)
- Bathrooms / W.C.: Ceramic (€30/sq.m.) up to ceiling height
- Kitchen Wall: Granite will be placed between the counters
SANITARY WARE: Provision amount €4,000 for the entire apartment. (Includes WC, WB, bath mixer, shower mixer, basin mixer, trough, trough mixer, bathroom accessories). All WCs will be wall-mounted.

- Entrance Door: Secured by Gabstore Company, approved by the Fire Service (€1,300 provision)
- Interior Doors: €350 each
- Kitchen: Design of your choice (€7,000 purchase and installation)
- Countertops: Granite (€1,500 purchase and installation)
- Cupboards: According to the plans (€230/sq.m. purchase and installation)
ALUMINUM: Charcoal color with double heat-insulating glass, MU3000 series (changes are not acceptable).
CENTRAL HEATING: Underfloor heating installed until full operation.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION: “Pipe in pipe” system for hot and cold water.
SOLAR HEATER: 180 liters per apartment (brand VALENTINES).
A/C: Provision for intubation only.
VIDEO ENTRY SYSTEM: Installed in all apartments.
PRESSURE SYSTEM: Independent system for each apartment (€250 purchase and installation).
BALCONIES: Glass railings installed on all balconies.
ELECTRIC SHUTTERS: Installed on all bedroom windows (architect’s choice – changes are not acceptable).
